Our refund policy for the various services we offer is outlined below:

1. Blueprint to Property Mastery Course:

Refund eligibility is based on the following schedule:

• 50% refund: Available if requested 30 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

Refund Request Procedure:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@donhapropertycoaching.co.nz
• The date of the refund request will be based on the timestamp of the email.
• In your refund request, please include your full name, contact information, and the reason for the refund.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the refund request.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Course Cancellation:

• Exponential Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses for reasons beyond our control, such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of course cancellation by Exponential Coaching, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
