The following terms and conditions govern your participation in our coaching and mentoring programs, as well as your subscription to our online newsletter. By enrolling in our courses or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Marketing Communications:

Members, participants, and mentees have the option to opt-out of marketing communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link provided in the emails.

2. Blueprint to Property Mastery Course:

a. Enrollment:

To enroll in the Blueprint to Property Mastery Course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.

b. Refund Policy:

Refer to the refund policy outlined separately for details regarding cancellations and refunds for the Blueprint to Property Mastery Course.

c. Marketing Communications:

Participants can expect to receive marketing communications related to upcoming events, courses, and promotions.

3. Privacy:

We respect your privacy. Information collected during newsletter subscription will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property:

• All coaching materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and videos, are the intellectual property of Exponential Coaching.
• Participants and subscribers agree not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any materials without the express written consent of Exponential Coaching.

6. Photography and Video Recording:

• Exponential Coaching reserves the right to take photographs and record videos during coaching sessions, events, and related activities for marketing and promotional purposes.
• By participating in our coaching programs or events, you grant Exponential Coaching the right to use your image and likeness in marketing materials, including but not limited to, website content, social media, and promotional materials.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Exponential Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our coaching programs or your subscription to the newsletter.

8. Amendments:

Exponential Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
